Which networks does RizPay support?
RizPay supports all major Nigerian networks including MTN, Glo, Airtel, and 9Mobile for airtime and data. For cable TV, we support DSTV, GOTV, and Startimes. For electricity, we work with all distribution companies.
How fast are transactions processed?
Most purchases complete as soon as you confirm them. If a result is unclear we keep checking it, and if a purchase fails the money goes back to your wallet automatically.
What payment methods are accepted?
You fund your RizPay wallet by bank transfer to the account number shown in the app, then pay for everything from the wallet. We do not take card or USSD payments for wallet funding.
Is there a referral program?
Every account has a referral code to share. When a referral offer is running, the app shows the reward and its conditions. The rules are in our Referral Policy.
