RizPay supports four main bill categories: (1) Airtime for MTN, Glo, Airtel, and 9mobile, (2) Data bundles including daily, weekly, and monthly plans, (3) Electricity for all Nigerian DisCos like IKEDC, EKEDC, AEDC, PHED, KEDCO, and others, (4) Cable TV for DStv, GOtv, and Startimes subscriptions.

Account Tiers & Verification
All you need is a verified email address to start. However, upgrading to Tier 2 with BVN and NIN gives you access to wallet withdrawals, referral rewards, and free daily wallet funding.
To upgrade, go to your account settings and validate your BVN and NIN. Once verified, you’ll be moved to Tier 2 automatically.
Tier 2 users enjoy referral commissions, free daily wallet funding, access to wallet withdrawal, and exclusive promotions.
Wallet & Payments
You can fund your RizPay wallet through bank transfer to the automatically generated account linked to your profile.
Click 'Add Money' on the app to view your dedicated wallet account number. Send a transfer and your wallet will be credited instantly.
Yes, if you're a Tier 2 user and have linked a BVN-matching bank account, you can withdraw unused funds.
Yes. Your transaction history is available in your dashboard, allowing you to track every payment.

Yes. You’ll receive in-app notifications and receipts for all transactions, and tokens for electricity payments.
No. RizPay does not charge hidden fees. You pay the exact amount shown for each bill.
Referrals & Rewards
Once you verify your email and BVN (Tier 2), you’re automatically enrolled. You earn ₦200 for every user who signs up with your referral code and also completes Tier 2.
Share your referral code or link. When someone signs up using it and completes Tier 2 verification, you earn ₦200.
Referral commissions are paid monthly. Commissions earned within the last 7 days of the month roll over to the next cycle.
They can still enter your code manually in their settings after signing up, as long as no code has been used before.
No, you can only earn once per user, even if they join new programs later.
No. Once a referral is set, it cannot be changed.
Yes. You can view pending referral commissions in your dashboard, but eligibility status is only visible when payouts are made.
Use your referral code to invite others to RizPay. Once they complete Tier 2, you earn ₦200 per referral—no extra work needed.
